Placeholder terms — review with a professional and update before launch.
Quotes and pricing
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. The $249 USD Starter figure is a starting price; final pricing is confirmed in a written quote based on scope and features. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Deposits and payment
Projects typically begin with a deposit, with the balance due before launch. Payment terms are confirmed in your quote. Once online payments are enabled, deposits and invoices may be paid by card through a payment processor.
Scope and revisions
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds within the agreed scope. Additional pages, features, or changes of direction are quoted separately before any extra work begins.
Timelines
Timelines are estimates and depend on receiving your content and feedback. Extended delays in content or approvals may shift the launch date and, for significant delays, the schedule may need to be re-booked.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate content and for holding the rights to any text, images, or logos you provide.
Ownership and handoff
On final payment, you own your website content and receive domain, hosting, and site logins in your name. Third-party platforms remain subject to their own terms.
Third-party fees
Domain registration, hosting, payment processing, SMS messaging, email services, and premium integrations or apps are billed by those providers and are separate from website build pricing.
Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance is optional and billed monthly. It can be cancelled with reasonable notice as set out in your plan.
