Refund policy
What happens after a purchase - digital products, services, and payment errors - in plain language.
We create digital products, websites and services that require significant time, strategy and creative work. Because of the nature of what we sell, purchases from Built Different Design Co. are generally final.
Digital products
All digital product sales are final once purchased. Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to use the product, or purchasing a product that does not fit your needs.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical problem accessing the files you purchased, contact us and we'll help get you access to what you paid for.
Website design & services
Payments for website design and other services are governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement, proposal or contract. Deposits, completed work and work already performed may be non-refundable as specified in that agreement.
Payment errors & duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or there is an error with your payment, contact us so we can investigate it.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
