What I collect
When you submit a quote or consultation request, I collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, existing website, project preferences, and any notes you write.
How it's used
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver the work you hire me for. I don't sell or rent personal information, and I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Service providers
Once backend services are connected, form submissions may be stored with a hosting and database provider and delivered through an email service. Payment information, if applicable, is handled directly by the payment processor — I never see or store full card details.
Analytics & cookies
This site may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages are useful. Any analytics or cookie use will be disclosed here once configured.
Your choices
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by emailing mandy@builtdifferentdesignco.com.
